Overall Satisfaction with Canva

For non-designers, it's very useful for quick and clean design materials. We use it for emails and social media. It has a lot of templates to help you create nice designs.

Pros

  • Social media posts
  • Brochure
  • Presentation support

Cons

  • More freedom and precision when I want to go deeper in dimension, colors, etc
  • Better engagement with emails
  • Time saved when having to create illustrations, no need to wait for the design team
Canva is great to help you create designs to be used for social media, presentations, blog posts, email marketing etc. It's very helpful and inspiring thanks to models already available in the product itself.

I guess it won't be super useful if you're a designer who wants very precise designs :) otherwise, I don't see scenarios where it's not appropriate.
