Overall Satisfaction with CATS Applicant Tracking System
We use the CATS Applicant Tracking System for our applicant tracking for our positions throughout the United States. The ATS addresses our need to find a customizable product that addresses our need to have multiple divisions and departments and ways to keep track of multiple candidates that apply throughout the week for the various positions that we have available.
- CATS is great for user friendliness and customization. I have changed numerous things since I started and it is easy to customize.
- Ability to get answers to my questions.
- Always looking to improve their product -- they aren't looking to maintain their product, they are always looking for better ways and ways to make the user happy.
- Ability to keep the status the same but send another email within the log activity function.
- Ability to change things in an order that is closed.
- Easy to open and post to get the ball rolling for applicant needs.
- Better efficiency for applicant tracking.
