Overall Satisfaction with CCH Axcess
CCH Axcess was very comparable to Thomson Reuters. They are both large companies in their fields and have similar resources. We ultimately went with Thomson Reuters because we bundled with their other softwares for a better price and it makes sense to be with one company to deal with one customer support line.
It seems now more than ever it is crucial for medium to large firms to have a process of getting a return done. It is the end of time that only one person touches a return and send it out. CCH Axcess lets you create workflow to set up stages of the return and send to the responsible staff.
