Overall Satisfaction with CentralSquare Public Safety Suite Pro (Zuercher)

It is used across the entire department for field-based reporting, dispatch CAD systems, jail systems, and records management.

Pros

  • Link all records of an incident together
  • Is extremely easy to search
  • Ease of navigation through sysem

Cons

  • It can be difficult to extract a report
  • You must know the specialties of the function keys
  • Would have liked to have more training topics in the help section
  • Tying all sections together with ease of navigation is probably the most important
  • Being able to go to one program to get important information
  • Being cloud-based
  • Less time spent trying to find information in different programs
  • Going paperless
  • Everyone can access it in the department
So much easier to use and the convenience of having everything in one place is astronomical.

I think any place that would need a report management system would benefit from its use especially since you can search for pretty much anything in it. I am not sure where it is less appropriate.
