Overall Satisfaction with Lumen Unified Communications & Collaboration (formerly CenturyLink)

We have been using CenturyLink Unified Communications & Collaboration Solutions/Level 3 for many years now and we have been very happy with the service provided. They have done an outstanding job of integrating into our hosted collaboration system. From day one until now, the service has been remarkable and we will be a continued partner. It feels like we have a true partnership.

While I am happy with the service, it does leave something to be desired. The MPLS circuit connection has been very stable and I am very happy with its uptime. I am also quite happy with the calling plans. I have been able to cut back on costs with the design they have. Support is the reason for the lower score.
