Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our company integrated five or more systems into one system when signing on with Dayforce. Human Resources personnel use this system daily for all duties from payroll to time sheets to benefits and recruiting. Our managers and employees also use this system for time sheets and time away from work. The ease of real-time helps tremendously when processing payroll.
  • Dayforce is always making improvements. Some of the implements come from suggestions from their customers. They are always listening to the customer.
  • The true integration of modules is a time saver. Other systems "promote" integration, where Dayforce is truly integrated.
  • Implementation did not go as expected. I would have liked to have seen more from the implementation team.
  • Dayforce has been a time saver. We can focus on other items.
We are able to run reports that are apart of the basic system rather than manually.
This has cut down our time that was spent on multiple systems.
My opinion is that Dayforce is a very sophisticated system with endless capabilities. I think it is built to handle multiple companies with ease.
