Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is being used throughout our business. It is used to take vacation time and days away from work and we use bio metric clocks for our hourly employees. They also use the clock to log in and out of projects they are working on which is used for costing purposes of our products.
  • The product is very user-friendly.
  • It is a one time capture for payroll and HR information.
  • You can view earnings at any time in a real time and see what earnings are.
  • I feel the updates could be researched a bit more before implementing because on occasion they interfere with customization of the product that some users had put in place.
  • Dayforce has has a positive impact on our ROI. It has cut our payroll costs substantially and has paid for the implementation costs in less than a year.
Dayforce has processes in place to notify the company of when employees are eligibility for specific benefits. Dayforce can also advise when reached their maximum employee matching limits.employees
Yes the single application has made it easier for Managers to make decisions when it come to managing their employees.
I have found Dayforce to be much easier to use and easier to navigate in than programs like ADP or JD Edwards. You can make changes to employee records as an administrator that you can't always do with other programs.
The Ceridian Dayforce program is good at tracking employees' time.

It is good for processing payroll and keeping up with current legislative changes that affect payroll and is area - state or province specific.

It can be accessed remotely from anywhere.
