Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Dayforce payroll and time keeping the most. We are very pleased with the user-friendly capabilities with the time clocks and also the ease of the timekeeping system for the manager side. With this being a web-based system it is very helpful as there are multiple locations that I personally process payroll for in multiple states. Once something is saved in the system we are able to view it immediately in the corporate office.

- Customer support - very attentive and fast turnaround time with any issues submitted
- Some of the upgraded modules should have the same functionality of the previous versions.

The Dayforce system is very great when it comes to compliance. If the right information is entered into the system the system basically does the hard work for you. We use this system for everything from benefits down to withholdings. When an employee is eligible for benefits, the system generates an automatic alert for the employee which is great as well.
This has been wonderful and a great asset to the company; the real time information is beyond compare in my opinion. Coming from the use of other software I am so pleased with how fast we are able to get things done let alone the efficiency when it comes to scheduling and changing any compensation.
This system is all in one. I don't have to go anywhere for any reports or any other information. This system is like a godsend when it comes to the timekeeping and benefits and payroll all under one system. I would recommend this product to anyone as I have been so extremely pleased with my experience thus far.
