Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce across our association of approximately 450 employees for WFM, Payroll, and Benefits. It has helped us pay our employees who have multiples positions with varying pay rates accurately.

Pros

  • Great customer service and support.
  • They have paired us with other similar companies as resources.

Cons

  • Position Transfers on timesheets don't work well for us.
  • Time savings for managers and employees.
  • Time savings for payroll processing. Fewer errors.
Everything just flows better. I love being able to calcuate payroll at any time to ensure changes have gone through properly.
It's well suited for a company that has multiple locations where employees can work from any of those locations with a variety of positions and pay rates. The implementation process can make or break how much you love this product so it's best suited for a company that has a team of people with time available to work on this.
