Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We currently use Ceridian Dayforce for time management and payroll. With select supervisors, predominantly hourly staff, I would consider it underutilized due to time associated to broad implementation across employee base.
- visually appealing
- accountability / proposing best practices - customers don't know what they don't know and there seems to be a hot potato mentality.
- ticketing system - in theory seems good but in reality works more like a deli counter. Focus seems to be on responding and closing rather than offering fruitful advice. - i.e., " i am looking into it" counts as a response but doesn't get the customer anywhere. They might as well not spam customer email.
- Potential is there but to date has not been seen. The employee time required to further implement isn't currently there. Ceridian Dayforce could do some heavier lifting in this area.
Yes and no. Internal rules for some areas of the business have been implemented. Yet government rules have changed and inability to pivot quickly within the software has resulted in it not being utilized.
As a former Insync client, the reporting has greatly increased and as a business this area is where we will be further investing.
Neither here nor there at this point. I would like to see other HR requirements added, such as recruitment. We do not use this module currently but would like to have an all-in-one in the future.
