Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It’s being used across the entire company.

It allows the company to be on a single integrated platform. Communication is improved and information is shared more effectively.

Pros

  • Access to information instantly
  • Transparency
  • Efficiency

Cons

  • Offer letter sign off within system by candidate
  • Can’t assess this just yet since we just implemented
ADP people at work and pay at work
  • It’s great if you are trying to engage employees
  • Need to have buy-in from the top
