Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our whole organization uses Dayforce. It addresses the problem of needing an all-in-one solution that provides mobile access and an employee self-service. It also reduced our payroll processing time by 2/3.
  • All-in-one solution
  • Payroll processing and tax payments.
  • Mobile app capabilities
  • Report writing tool could be more simple
  • CSM needs to be more responsive. Even if it’s to let us know that the company is being restructured or that our CSM is no longer with the company.
  • Treat every customer like an enterprise customer. Give the same level of service.
  • Reduction in payroll processing time
  • Increase in report writing time
  • Paperless
Auto calculation of tax withholding a has been a huge help. We have yet to implement the modules where compliance would be a bigger deal.
We have not been able to utilize all of the modules in their full capacities yet.
Information flows much better when it’s all housed in the same system.
It’s well suited for companies that have a straight forward GL. It is not well suited for companies, like mine, that have a very complicated GL structure and allocation needs.
