Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is being used by the entire organization. The system allows all things to flow seamlessly from recruiting to hiring to HR to Payroll to Benefits. This increases the entire HR team's productivity and allows employees to focus on their new position. And managers can worry about training and not have to worry about HR responsibilities.

We have multiple unions across many regions of the US so Dayforce has helped with our labor rules, with state tax withholding and helped with our nationwide insurance plans. And we can manage this all from one system now.
Before Dayforce we used paper applications for our recruiting process, so everything was at a snail's pace and we were not able to report off anything. Now we can search and compare new and old applicants at the same time and have really increased our time to hire.
This was the main reason we signed with Dayforce. It saves so much HR administrative time when onboarding a new employee. We don't have to enter their information multiple times. Since all modules talk to each other it is a seamless process.
For companies that have complex org structures. Dayforce is flexible enough to help companies with their own internal complexities.
