Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is currently being used for all human resources, benefits and payroll functions. It addresses the employee self-service function as well as streamlining training for HR process and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics for employee data has been an easy transition from previous HRIS
  • Dayforce is very user-friendly and easy to use
  • Working with third-party vendors has been great
  • The importing understanding is a bit complicated
  • The save button seems to not always be functioning
  • Smaller payroll dept due to technology
  • Consolidated benefit dept due to technology
  • Self-service for employees - less time on helping employees one on one
Payroll tax obligations is a lot more seamless.
All info in one area has been amazing for our organizations
One stop shop. It has been amazing.
Dayforce is great for payroll processing, it very easy to understand. I believe importing information could be a lot better. There seems to be a lot of hiccups when trying to do acquisition imports. The information needed for the import is not always understood. Dayforce could extend more training on that subject specifically.

Yes - applicant tracking system. ceriidian allows for a one stop shop on all HR function starting from recruiting to seperation of an employees employment
