Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Dayforce to process our semi-monthly payroll. We will be using Dayforce for open enrollment in November and benefits in 2019.

- Very user-friendly
- Lots of training and documentation
- Great customer service
- Some general customer support people don't know the product as well as they should
- More core add-ins instead of customers having to pay for add-ons
- More user groups
- We only need 1 payroll person now
- Workfow has made the payroll department paperless
- Mobile app allows employees to work more effectively
Ceridian sends out compliance updates to customers. They are always 1 step ahead of keeping up with federal and state laws and changes. The training to customers always seems to be updated with any changes. We feel very comfortable that our paychecks and taxes are calculated consistently correct.
It just makes everything more efficient. Interfaces are nothing but problems and a waste of time and money. The one application reduces errors and saves money because you don't have to manage 2 systems and manual procedures are eliminated.
Third party modules are nothing but interfaces in disguise. They don't always talk to the core products
