Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our company is currently using Dayforce HCM for Payroll, WFM, My Plan, T&A, Recruiting, Onboarding and recently added Performance. We used the system to streamline many aspects of the company; however, in my opinion, going paperless as soon as we started with Dayforce was a huge win for us!
  • Listening to customers and considering feedback for future releases
  • Compliance is always #1
  • Continuing to change with the times and pushing customers to stay ahead of the curve as well.
  • Moving from Silverlight to HTML has been a process. We would love to see updates on the HTML areas as well as the completion of moving from SL.
  • We have absolutely achieved indirect cost savings through efficiencies such as filing of paper files, reviewing personnel files, payroll processing, manual check processing just to name a few.
I really appreciate the news items that we receive on compliance issues. So helpful and many times Dayforce is already configured to handle the new rules or regulations.
We found tremendous cost savings in this area as well. Going from system to system to check different items for one team member is time consuming and inefficient.
Dayforce has made it very easy to understand why we need a single platform. Other systems feel disjointed and frustration starts to grow from an administrator standpoint and we can't waist time with those frustrations.
Dayforce is well suited for any company, big or small. Ceridian has the capacity to take on any sized client and help make work life better.
