Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian is used all accross the organization. We are using it for Payroll and HR purpose, but aim to have the employee have a one site for all HR topics (performance, training,..)

Pros

  • A one site experience for all HR topics..
  • A global systems (can configure more thsn one location internationally)
  • A system that is always improving and hearing clients needs.

Cons

  • The possiblity to have the access configure on the role instead of the user.
  • The possibility to have more than one direct supervisor.
  • Possibility to have payroll done during the week instead of a 2 days crunch.
  • Less paper and tracking of the approval.
  • Possibility for the employee to see their balances.
It is easier to configure and manage the information, for the administration and also for the users. It also brings a sense of trust as everything is all in one place and that changes are applied as they are entered.
Ceridian is well suited for any retail company. It is a little bit harder to configure the jobs/positions when they’re not a direct link between a job and department.
