Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Ceridian is used all accross the organization. We are using it for Payroll and HR purpose, but aim to have the employee have a one site for all HR topics (performance, training,..)
- A one site experience for all HR topics..
- A global systems (can configure more thsn one location internationally)
- A system that is always improving and hearing clients needs.
- The possiblity to have the access configure on the role instead of the user.
- The possibility to have more than one direct supervisor.
- Possibility to have payroll done during the week instead of a 2 days crunch.
- Less paper and tracking of the approval.
- Possibility for the employee to see their balances.
All employees are paid equally and the risk of human error is erased.
With our implementation of our UK entity, we will be able to manage the GDPR and to be compliant.

This was one of the positive sides of the application. User will be able to access all their information in one place. Also, we are able to track employees' information and timesheets as they complete them: it makes the tracking of information more efficient.
It is easier to configure and manage the information, for the administration and also for the users. It also brings a sense of trust as everything is all in one place and that changes are applied as they are entered.
