Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It is used by our entire organization. We did not have any HRIS prior to Dayforce.
  • Pays our hourly workers accurately with very little manual processes
  • Moving towards eliminating the need for paper leave forms and their corresponding approval process
  • We were pressured to move from our implementation team to support before our actual implementation needs were complete (i.e. payroll calculating properly).
  • We have seen increased productivity in all our payroll and HR staff and they have more time to concentrate on employee related tasks.
Our employees are covered under a collective agreement so we are able to ensure compliance at all times.
Our decisions are made with much more accurate information as we are now only relying on one source of information. Moving away from spreadsheets to maintain data has been a welcome transition.
We are very happy to have all our information being in one location that all our staff can access.
It handles our hourly workforce very well with accurate results. Our employees have much more access to their own information.
