Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Our initial implementation was HCM and Payroll in 2014. Since then we have implemented Recruiting and Benefits. We are in the process of Implementing Performance Management. We are also looking at Documents Management.
Pros
- Dayforce helps us accurately and efficiently process payroll
- Dayforce streamlined our recruiting process
- Dayforce helps our employees manage their benefits
Cons
- Dayforce could be more cost effective for smaller, non profit companies
- Dayforce Payroll tab could be more user friendly
- I would love to see more reporting across module availability (combining earnings with employee demographics in a single report)
- Dayforce has saved many hours on payroll processing.
- Dayforce saved us time during Open Enrollement so we are able to focus more on communication and education
