Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Dayforce is being used by the entire organization to manage time and attendance and assist with driving wage and hour compliance. We are also implementing advanced scheduling to monitor labor.
- Multiple platforms (mobile, webclock, punch clock, app, desktop clock) provide different levels of employees to manage time in ways that are more convenient to the business.
- Very easy to use, not difficult to navigate when needing to get things done
- Switching from Silverlight to HTML has caused multiple issues with processing payroll.
- the Global settings need to be re-evaluated to allow for more individual configuration
- Not utilizing the entire HCM can cause delays in routine tasks due to integrations
- Due to missed settings in configuration, there was a time of negative impact due to missed premiums
Dayforce has allowed us to configure sick leave and predictive pay policies, which helps drive compliance
We do not utilize full HCM at this moment. The WFM and Advanced Scheduling modules have benefited us from a labor and wage and hour compliance standpoint
