Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is utilized by all of David's Bridal. It is used for scheduling, timekeeping, HR, finance, payroll, and accounting. It helps us keep all records in one place, for easier access!
  • Ease of access. Ceridian Dayforce has easy accessibility and is very user-friendly.
  • Customer Service. Dayforce users have ample customer service reps at our disposal, which help with questions, comments, concerns, and even the occasional error!
  • Dayforce can move a bit slow, and in a high-paced work environment, speed means increased productivity.
  • By having the entire company on Dayforce, it has increased productivity.
The Payroll, HR, Time and Benefits functions work well, as they make the associate's record complete. The HR function allows information to feed seamlessly into Payroll for more accurate pay.
Great program that is easy to use and navigate through.
