Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
When we were in the discovery mode of Dayforce to replace a competitor that doesn't fit our growing companies need. We attended the 2018 Ceridian INSIGHTS conference and could not have been more pleased to network with Ceridian employees as well as other prospects, new and long term customers that have been with Ceridian as it grew. Every employee we spoke to was with the company for more than 5 years. Their ability to be easily accessible when needed. The owner, David Ossip even spent the time to let us know we can contact him at any time. When we demo'd Ceridian we had a great experience with the user friendliness, ease of use and the ability to customize it for our business. We have been fortunate enough to have been assigned a great team to work with. Our primary problem is that we are scattered in 14 states. Our HR department has roughly 5 members that utilize various, HCM, HRIS, etc platforms. Cutting costs but not features.
- Customer Service has been positive thus far. Any questions we've had they've been able to answer right away.
- Listening to its customers, always asking questions and watching feed boards on what they can do to provide better user experience.
- Innovation is always changing. They utilize ideas from their clients in different ways to streamline functions.
- Workflows are a large project.
- Strategy before marketing a new product, On Demand Pay. While discussing this at the INSIGHTS 2018, there were a lot of unanswered questions. At this stage we are uncertain if they are answered or rectified yet.
- Cost saving - we were able to get a lot of added modules that the prior vendor could not touch.
- Increased Productivity through ease of use.
It allows the employees the ability to track, change or update as necessary. It keeps documents in one system.
We don't currently utilize scheduling, but would love to use them. Part of the issue was with our prior payroll vendor scheduling because a perpetual nightmare. The ability to centralize our whole departments use of one system saves time by not having to ask another for information. Our HR is Director, Benefits Coordinator, Payroll, HR Generalist, Assistants and Recruiter.
One of our biggest struggles is manually tracking Applicants on various sources. This will allow the ones stop shop and easily flow into the HR payroll side when getting new hires into the system.
