Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

The entire organization uses Dayforce for recruitment, time and attendance, scheduling and HR. Our HR department is our power user of the system currently.
  • All-in-one system - We no longer need a separate scheduling system in addition to an HR system.
  • Gathering customer feedback such as surveys and conference forums.
  • Constant upgrades and releases - Ceridian are constantly improving the system (no cost to the customer).
  • Response times in support aren't great but have improved over the years.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Efficiency of HR department.
  • Access to stats that were never accessible in previous HRIS.
It has allowed us to automate processes, use less paper, and give us consistency in payroll policies.
Well suited for various organizations of all sizes. It is able to address our unique scheduling concerns.
