Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We are currently using Ceridian Dayforce across the organization, we use the Payroll and HR and Benefits module. We also have many of our upper management involved, editing time sheets, adding shift codes, approving employee time off etc. Also, employees are more hands on as well making any personal changes to their profile, such as address changes, tax changes (W4). Also, employees are able to view pay stubs online and W2.
- I think Ceridian handles the online open enrollment for our company benefits extremely well! Also our onboarding process. Ceridian has saved time when it comes to open enrollment, such as now everything is paperless, our employees are able to make their own selections and physician choices, without signing so many papers. We (the company) are also able to store this information for auditing purposes, without risk of losing information, and making sure all areas of the benefits are covered.
- I feel these are strengths because the onboarding process in companies is very important for new hire employees. The strength for Ceridian with on boarding is it saves so much time doing everything online, it also has little room for errors because employees are involved in updating or providing their own personal information themselves.
- Another strength of Ceridian is being able to obtain so much information for the onboarding process, such as our employee handbook! This way our new hire orientation is done on online where new employees are able to view and accept various policies of our company online and this eliminates paper, errors, and more confidentially!
- I would like to see the Ceridian Support improve more, and turn around time quicker. I experience when reaching out to Ceridian support that questions I ask always have to be researched and I always have to receive a call back. I would like if at some point questions could be answered during the call or transferred to a area that could resolve the issue on the same phone call. I work a lot with Payroll and sometimes there is no time for a return phone call, sometimes I need the answer right away.
- I believe it has decreased manual workflow, and [added] more efficiency.
It certainly keeps us in compliance with state tax withholding and SUI, also multi-state overtime policies.
This has impacted our company a lot, it has brought more awareness to each individual user and also more understanding of each person's personal employment subjects( pay, benefits, vacation, etc.).
I have learned more about other areas of HR, and also a lot on the technical side.
