Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is being used across the entire organization and all in one HRIS system with ATS. With a focus on ESS and MSS integrating recruiting and electronic onboarding with a focus on managing the employee lifecycle.

  • The Dayforce product is a true all-in-one HRIS with ATS and WFM.
  • A reporting function that is easier to use and configure.
  • Real-time reporting with WFM
  • More responsive Support Center to support needs for the productive business that we're in.
  • Nickle and diming you for every possible professional service to make the product work for us.
  • Streamlined processes and minimized the amount of paper we're pushing as a company.
  • Time spent creating and navigating within the product has had a negative impact on confidence that the product is really working for us making work life better.
Dayforce has built in the automative compliance in these suggested topics. However generating the right report for us has been a major challenge where we have to pay to customize reporting at a high rate. And with updates to the system, you have to sometimes re-configure the custom reports that you had originally created. Reporting has been inconsistent and sometimes unreliable to what you're attempting to achieve.
The one user experience has been a bonus in being able to see real-time information to make logical decisions (not in WFM which is why we decided not to use this module).
It's a positive impact to have the all-in-one system. However, with a product that does not work for us, it creates more admin than necessary to merge reports and dig for usable data.
Dayforce has a lot of quirks that need to be figured out with a better support system and education for new users.
