Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use it to run payroll and enter employee information into the HRIS.
  • Benefits and pension enrollment
  • Easy to make changes to employee's pay, status, etc.
  • Reports: easy to customize reports
  • Implementation: difficult to get problems fixed after go-live date. Need a single point of contact to resolve problems instead of submitting tickets.
  • Sluggish: after a while of using you need to reset as it gets slower.
  • Various bugs with reinstating employees.
  • Fewer payroll errors which resulted in the company paying employees correctly the first time.
  • Ease of pulling reports: data is formatted nicely when reports are pulled.
Easy to configure the different eligibility criteria for benefits and pension.
Not really applicable in our case.
Less payroll errors. Processes are more automated.
Day to day payroll, running reports, updating employee info, and pension and benefit admin.
