Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use it to run payroll and enter employee information into the HRIS.
Pros
- Benefits and pension enrollment
- Easy to make changes to employee's pay, status, etc.
- Reports: easy to customize reports
Cons
- Implementation: difficult to get problems fixed after go-live date. Need a single point of contact to resolve problems instead of submitting tickets.
- Sluggish: after a while of using you need to reset as it gets slower.
- Various bugs with reinstating employees.
- Fewer payroll errors which resulted in the company paying employees correctly the first time.
- Ease of pulling reports: data is formatted nicely when reports are pulled.
Less payroll errors. Processes are more automated.
