Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is currently being used by the entire company for a multitude of uses.
  • It has many features to customize the user experience.
  • It is constantly upgrading things and fixing bugs.
  • It is very user-friendly.
  • It is rather slow at times.
  • It has some bugs with reporting.
  • Customer support could be more responsive.
  • It has streamlined many of our processes.
  • It allows us to show our employees the full cost of their benefits.
  • We are able to have a full self-service open enrollment that saves us on time.
It helps us track FMLA really well and allows us to stay compliant with ACA reporting.
It definitely helps to be able to seamlessly connect an employee's HR record to their benefit record and then to their payroll record, streamlining the whole process.
Having all of these areas talk to each other makes working seamless.
Ceridian Dayforce is well-suited for a compnay that needs to have customizable features for its organization. It may not be as well-suited for a smaller company.
