Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Dayforce is used across the whole organization. It allows us to manage employee pay, vacation, timesheets, careers posting and performance reviews. Dayforce helps us to manage our operations in our US and Canadian sites.
- As a user, the timesheet is easy to use.
- Vacation request is also easy to use.
- In general, it is a user-friendly software.
- From a user perspective, I would like to be able to copy my previous work week and paste it in the current week for the timesheet.
- Our internal Dayforce administrators have multiple problems and are in constant communication with Dayforce support.
- Too much back and forth between our internal team and the Ceridian team.
- Our internal administrator would like an improvement in the time frames of implementing new features/ideas to the software.
- The software should have the ability to print out all pay stubs at one time.
- Dayforce allows us to use one single software throughout the enterprise. This allowed better management of our sites located in Canada and the US.
- The system lacks some things, such as tax management for the US, which cause us a lot of problems. This significantly decreases our satisfaction with this product and decrease our expected ROI.
Once set up and configuration completed, the system helps us with the overtime policies and healthcare eligibility. Overtime is well managed.
I'm not involved in the hiring, scheduling, compensation, etc. decision process.
We selected it because it is great to have a single software that centralizes everything. Efficiency was increased from not having to go into different software and screens. This software allows our HR and Payroll department to works more closely.
