Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

I like this platform a lot. It is very easy to use and their customer service is the best part. Whenever I have an issue they are quick to respond and fix the issue.

Pros

  • Customer service.
  • Simplicity.

Cons

  • Nothing, honestly.
  • It organized our recruiting process.
Ceridian is much more simple than other programs.
Ceridian Dayforce is well suited with access to changes for employees. The only issue our employees have is understanding the calculation of accruals.
