Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use it for recruiting, onboarding, benefit mgmt, WFM & payroll. We have started expanding on forms and made our hiring process paperless. Payroll increases are submitted via forms.
Pros
- They are constantly building on modules to improve them.
Cons
- Case tickets, support does not thoroughly read tickets.
- The Support team needs more collaboration within other modules, the clock & applications.
- Eliminating check vouchers.
- Paperless new-hire process.
Saves time. Since refreshing & recalculating, pulling data into another module is easy.
