Revolutionized
Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Whole organization across 3 locations.
Pros
- Onboarding is easy to set up
- Scheduling is automated
- Timekeeping: easy to fix issues
Cons
- Notes: links confidential titles for frontline management to view!
- User-friendliness, although this seems to constantly improve.
- We will know more next year
- Have seen a reduction in paper likely to continue
- Reduced pay errors
- Reduced compensation management issues
Benefits management has been automated. I9’s and timekeeping were done on paper. Now, it’s automated, Scheduling, time off requests, and a variety of payroll items are not my expertise.
This has revolutionized HCM at my company. All compensation was done by paper and FedExing documents to the home office. Serious mistakes were made in PTO tracking, compensation, and payroll which could take months to fix. Now, if issues arise in these areas, literal months of time is turned to minutes.
I’ve never worked on any other system that required me to have any concerns about these issues. I worked with one module in my previous experience but can understand the value as having all these modules in one application has revolutionized my HRIS management.
