Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We utilize Dayforce across the full business. We use it to manage schedules within our assisted living communities for better coverage tracking. We’re starting to use it for performance and compensation management. The feeds for our benefit packages are great when they work. Getting them right has been a struggle.

The transition of our timesheets to Dayforce was immensely helpful as we can monitor associate time in real-time in one place. The benefits of this are overtime tracking/prevention. We can also monitor costs and time errors at any point during the period without having to transfer data and calculate the information. This increases fraud prevention and cost overruns.
Everything for payroll, taxes, and benefits in one connected module. Automated feeds are very useful and provides vendors with timely and accurate information. One of the drawbacks is that feeds are difficult to change if something in your internal processes needs to be modified. Make sure you get your feeds right to begin with.
