We utilize Dayforce across the full business. We use it to manage schedules within our assisted living communities for better coverage tracking. We’re starting to use it for performance and compensation management. The feeds for our benefit packages are great when they work. Getting them right has been a struggle.

PPACA compliance has been a struggle in the past. We paid a TPA to do the monitoring in the past, but once it was setup properly in Dayforce the monitoring was a breeze. With a click of a button (or two) we had the associate listing for those PT associates with FT hours in our review period. We can then start the process to offer benefits as required.
Our senior assisted living facilities scheduling and tracking was manually tracked by spreadsheet by each manager. We have since implemented scheduling and attendance for the various nursing and food service staff in one place. Managers can now view the schedules and Time away requests, filling each open spot with active associates willing to work.
The transition of our timesheets to Dayforce was immensely helpful as we can monitor associate time in real-time in one place. The benefits of this are overtime tracking/prevention. We can also monitor costs and time errors at any point during the period without having to transfer data and calculate the information. This increases fraud prevention and cost overruns.
