Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It is being used throughout the organization. Our employees use the self service and remote app. We use payroll , benefits, recruiting and onboarding.
  • The mobile app is a great resource and user-friendly. Our employees find it easy to use. I love the new enhancements.
  • The Education Center is a valuable tool. I can find about anything I need.
  • Overall the HRM solution is easy to navigate and learn.
  • In Recruiting when copying a job requisition, it would be helpful if the posting copied as well. At least to have the option.
  • We have reduced paper usage with the implementation of Recruiting.
  • Onboarding will allow us to further reduce paper as well as provide a consistent experience. It will also help managers to better engage with new hires.
Overall, the solution is a good choice. It is an easy to learn system for end users and employees. Personally, I like more hands-on during implementation. It was difficult to take over after implementation because I didn't fully understand the behind the scenes process. Would also recommend some short "best practice" videos to users.
