Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use DayForce for our Payroll, Time and Attendance and HR needs. The system is being used across the whole organization.

Pros

  • We have a lot of hourly employees and we use DayForce to keep their timesheets accurate.

Cons

  • The ability to use different logos for different companies would be greatly appreciated.
  • The positive impact is that we have all companies' data in one place.
Since it provides real time data, it shortens the time needed to process payroll and makes it more accurate.
I believe that DayForce is suited for any kind of organization, small and big, profit and non-for-profit. The ability to modify and customize the system is available.
