Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Timekeeping payroll, benefits, reports... mostly used by payroll currently. Will be rolling out self service, schedule, timesheets to entire company in 2020. Hope to decrease strain on payroll and enable managers to do more.
- The people feature is beautiful and works really well.
- The layout in payroll to see checks and ability to see live prior to commit.
- Ability to see and print W-2s.
- Provide more time for testing during implementation.
- Reports functionality is terrible. Difficult to pull necessary information without paying professional services to build.
- More knowledgeable customer support team.
- So far our issues have by far bypassed any possible cost savings.
- Once Self Service, Scheduling, and Timesheets are completely configured and rolled out to the entire company, I foresee cost savings in labor.

- ADP Workforce Now, SAP Multiresource Scheduling and ADP Resource (Discontinued)
Once all integrated should cut time to process, time to audit.
