Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce for the whole company from payroll, human resources, and time and attendance. It’s so nice having it all in one system in for pulling reports, as well as running and processing payroll.
  • Time and attendance management.
  • Payroll processing and the committing process.
  • Ease of using the system in general.
  • Reporting on all data that is visible to us in not only in PDF but Excel as well and to be able to report on it all.
  • Too many upgrades makes it hard to manage.
  • Entitlement management.
  • Don’t have the knowledge to report this information.
It helps but you still need to watch all of these as the tax engine isn’t all that foolproof.
It's a great ability to have and real-time payroll processing is great.
Ceridian and ADP are very similar in operations.
Ceridian Dayforce is a great system overall that I recommend to most people.
