Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We are using Ceridian Dayforce at the enterprise level. It is helping us solve compliance issues within WFM and Payroll.
- Ability to comply with all of the various FLSA laws at the municipality level up through state level.
- Single database for managing WFM/HCM/HRIS.
- The path moving from selection to implementation and then to support is rocky. There are opportunities to improve communication and hand off as you move to support.
- We are net neutral with our move to Dayforce with Managed services.
Not only is the system able to be configured to be compliant with all union contracts, state laws and federal, they also have an easy to use communication process for upcoming changes in the law.
A single database for the entire enterprise offering was a key factor in picking Dayforce. The ability to have real-time information is critical to smooth operations.
We chose it because it reduced our workload, we did not need to enter into multiple systems, and we do not have to wait for an overnight feed.
