Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce as our HR and Payroll system of record.
  • Houses all information in one place
  • Payroll process is fairly simple
  • It's not designed for a company as complex as ours and we have had to "make it work" in some cases
  • Does not handle employees working at multiple legal entities well
  • Many branches of the product that do not work well.
  • The system works as needed
  • Less use of paper
No, the implementation team made errors relating to ESA requirements that cost us money. Some items are automated but basic items like minimum wage increases are done via upload.
I like having everything together and the data is simple to find.
It is a positive experience to have it all together.
