Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is used by our entire organization, from entry-level employees with access to their schedules, earnings, vacation balances, and W2 information to all levels of management up to Human Resources. We use Dayforce for all functions of our business including HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding. Dayforce reduces our need for paper documents, therefore saving time and money for our company.

We are able to automate compliance with labor union rules, state tax withholding, overtime policies, healthcare eligibility, etc.
Dayforce has had a significant impact on our businesses' ability to provide all in one user experience, providing instant access to real time information on our workforce, from employee information, payroll, compliance, compensation, benefits and more - most of this information being reportable. With so much information at our disposable, we are able to make educated decisions for our business with data to support us.
I do not have much experience using other software - HOWEVER, I had had the joys of trying to track similar information through paper documents and excel spreadsheets, and the benefits of switching to Dayforce are astronomical. I highly recommend this software if you value efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Dayforce is fantastic for Human Resources in being able to process payroll, track employee records and timesheets, onboard new staff, and manage benefits all in one place. HOWEVER, it's mobile functions are extremely lacking for 2020 and holds us back from being able to utilize this software completely.
