Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Dayforce for a variety of HR process including Recruitment, onboarding, HR policy sign off, payroll & benefits administration, workforce management (including time away and employee job / status changes), scheduling, and reporting, We are also implementing performance and succession planning in 2023.

- Support - their analysts are very knowledgeable about a particular area but often the issue we are trying to resolve involves expertise from a variety of areas and a fix in one areas breaks something in a another area (
- Reduced manual tracking outside of a system
- Oversight on processes (how many and how long it take to process) vs manual emails and manual input
- Automated processes (new hires, employee changes, terminations, leave requests)
- Reduced the need for an "official personnel file" - information is one place
