Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is used as a full HCM Suite that covers our core HR, Payroll, T&A and Talent process within the HR and Finance functions. Having moved from various spreadsheet, paper forms and manaual proceses, Ceridian Dayforce has enabled a one system approach for many of our processes. With almost everything in one system it provides a famailr platform irrespetive of the task at hand for our managers and employees whilst providing management information across the whole platform to support decision making and provide central oversight.

  • Integration of modules with each other
  • Excellent knowledge articles and support material
  • Agency portal (for recruiting)
  • Succession Planning in very basic
  • Careers avilable via Mobile App
  • Recruiting paperwork is almost all systemised (down from 17 attatchments to 2) the rest if within Dayforce
  • Gone from 4 T&A systems to one single solution
  • Payroll accurancy and controls have significantly improved
We had to have build various terms and conditions into the T&A solution which stipulate the policies that givern overtime down to a speciffic site level. Most of the other complinace metrcis and relevent to the US (outside of the Payroll module) - at least that I am aware of
Really well, we eveen had feedback from users during a Recruiting pilot..." it's just Ceridian Dayforce isn't it" - suggested they were not fazed about using another area of a system they are familair with. One set of login details is also a big win! We have purchased most of the modules for Ceridian Dayforce.

Well suitied to organisations who are looking to beenfit for a single solution for a variety of thier processes albeit it that many integrations are offered Ceridian Dayforce requires lots of configuartion but in my opinion, customisation in many places is very limited which can lead to a very unbranded looking application so it would be wise to consider this upfront it this is a deal breaker
