Ceridian Dayforce's pay policies are a life saver. OT Rules and California pay rules are a huge help.
It has made it very easy for us to have one place for all employee related items. Whenever the state of federal government need any type of data, Ceridian Dayforce makes it really easy.
It has made the timekeeping so much easier. Employee paychecks are accurate due to the data that is in Ceridian Dayforce.
