Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM
Dayforce HCM is used across the organization. Using Dayforce HCM has allowed us the capability to go paperless and has streamlined our processes thus increasing our productivity. We are a sales driven organization and in order to "ring" the cash register we believe in simple operations, [that are] fast and efficient.

Most if not all of the software applications that we evaluated had the capability of giving us what we were looking for. We were looking for user friendly not only for the admin user but for our employees and ability to streamline our processes and gain efficiency. My recommendation would be to perform a thorough audit of all of your processes and reporting needs. Make sure you involve a representative from all defined user departments during your discovery. Only then can you be comfortable in finding the right vendor to meet your needs. Ceridian Dayforce HCM gave us what we needed and the confidence that we would get the support needed before, during and after implementation.
