Overall Satisfaction with Checkr

We use Checkr to perform background checks for all applicants, once a conditional offer has been extended. It is integrated with our HRIS. It is a seamless part of our recruiting and onboarding process. This helps us review any flags that may need to be addressed with a candidate. Checkr offers a few different levels of background screens so we can request a more in-depth report for certain positions.

We selected Checkr because our HRIS integrated with it. It also offered better pricing.
Checkr's reports are less detailed than InfoMart but we have confidence they meet any legal ramifications that may arise.

Checkr is a great, efficient background check vendor. We have a simple process and it meets our needs perfectly. Checkr offers a few different levels of background screens so we can request a more in-depth report for certain positions. For example, run a credit check for candidates for business Office/Accounting positions.
