Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the essential background search features to check the records of forward-facing employees. We also use this yearly to track RMV records and DOT cards.

It walks us through the adverse process which is a relief
It's allowed us to be compliant with insurance (RMV checks)

Usability

It's integrated into our HRIS and literally involves pushing a run button. The turn around time on basic reports is also helpful when we need to hire in a hurry.
