We use Checkr to run all of our candidates background checks during on-boarding. Checkr assisted with automation as it Integrates with our ATS and HRIS. Once a candidate signs their offer via our ATS Checkr will auto run the applicable BG check and the candidates details will become visible in our HRIS for on-boarding.
