Overall Satisfaction with Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000)

We are using the Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers at our remote sites and the Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Router is a nice little unit to fit in where you need local routing and for WAN connection. Utilizing it as a gateway in Cisco Unified Call Manager works too! It is a nice config, install, and it just runs kind of hardware!
  • Easy to Install
  • Secure
  • Works with Unified Call Manager
  • I don't have any
  • Install and forget it
  • Hardware stands the test of time
  • No maintenance time to spend
We have always used Cisco and this was the next model to upgrade to. So I can't say one way or another that another product is better or worse. but using all Cisco makes troubleshooting a lot easier as you can call one support line to take care of it all!
There is always room for improvement with support, but Cisco support has been good to me over the years. Being able to call or submit online TAC cases makes it so I can get my issues or questions answered faster. They have even added the TAC bot for TAC cases to get to support even faster!
