Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Business Edition 7000
Cisco BE7K was used by our organisation as a mid-size branch communication platform. With all the necessary UC apps included in one solution BE7K brought all the UC services that Cisco offers within one box, which really removed the complexity for us as end users.
Pros
- All in one platform that includes all the Cisco UC services in one appliance.
- All the services are ready to use and preconfigured.
- Tools available improve productivity and user experience.
Cons
- More cloud based services need to be added to the default service package.
- Companies frequently require a small contact center within the UC environment. It would be nice to see a build it contact center in the box.
- It would be nice to see some advanced AI based services (IVR voice recognition service) in the BE7K application list.
- Call recording should be also built in.
- High ROI, the communication platform provides all the necessary that is required employees to be always connected wherever they are. This improves companies overall performance and certainly income.
- Simplified maintenance and user friendly interfaces. The platform has all the admin tool to make support easy and efficient.
- Employees are enabled with all the Unified Communication services and they are more productive which again improves overall company's performance.
- Simplified infrastructure.
- All in one services.
- Excellent support.
- User friendliness.
