Cisco Catalyst 1000 Series Switches are used across all departments in the organization and help us to connect LAN users. We use Cisco Catalyst 1000 Series Switches as access switches for connecting to what we call the "last mile" within the office. We use layer-three switching to interconnect between branch sites.

We are using Cisco Catalyst 1000 Series Switches for LAN connectivity. We are using VTP to connect all the switches from a master server that can easily manage all the configuration and troubleshooting issues from a single place. We can easily carry out activities such as VLAN creation and ACL as well.
