The 9120s were purchased along side new 9800 controllers in 2022-2023. Once the controllers were spun up, we were able to convert existing wireless environments over within 6 months
We have not noticed any longer distance network coverage as the deployments have occurred in indoor offices.
Cisco Aironets are a different tool compared to Meraki MRs namely due to management styles at the time of purchase. The organization was cloud hesitant at the time, which necessitated the decision of Aironet.
